Annual Subscription
You're getting newly certified fire extinguishers annually, with our price-lock guarantee.
1. How It Works
We buy your old extinguishers for a $50 trade-in credit ($10/year discount over 5 years). Every year, we'll send you a renewal reminder before shipping your newly certified units. You drop the old ones back in the same box (pre-paid return label included). UPS will pick up or you can drop at any UPS location.
2. What's Included in Your Annual Price
Your subscription price includes the newly certified extinguisher(s) delivered on an annual basis and roundtrip shipping costs to include the return of expired extinguishers.
3. 5-Year Price Guarantee
Your annual price is locked for 5 years — no increases, no hidden fees, no surprises. We're committed to giving you long-term predictability.
4. Ownership, Cancellation / Non-Renewal
All fire extinguishers provided by Red Zeppelin remain the property of Red Zeppelin. You can end the service at any time — without penalty. Simply 1) notify us at support@red-zeppelin.com or 2) choose not to renew when you receive your annual reminder. No further charges will apply. We'll send you a return box with a prepaid return label — you only pay the shipping cost (currently $25). All Red Zeppelin-owned extinguishers must be returned within 30 days of the return request. If not returned within 30 days, a $75 lost-asset fee applies (fully reversible once returned). Any remaining trade-in credit is forfeited.
5. Payment
Your annual fee is auto-charged to the card on file — charged today for your first year of service then annually when we ship your newly certified extinguisher.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability to you under this Agreement is limited to the certified replacement service we provide. Red Zeppelin is not responsible for the selection, placement, installation, or suitability of the extinguisher for your specific location or hazards. Those responsibilities remain solely with you as the owner/operator in accordance with NFPA 10 and applicable regulations. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, such as lost profits or business interruption. This limitation does not apply to liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or personal injury caused by our negligence. Red Zeppelin maintains liability insurance as required by Texas law.
7. Owner Responsibilities
As the owner/operator of the premises, you are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable OSHA regulations (including 29 CFR 1910.157) and local AHJ requirements. This includes ensuring that:
Red Zeppelin’s role is strictly limited to providing a newly certified, NFPA 10-compliant fire extinguisher and managing the annual exchange program.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, or representations, whether oral or written.
10. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall be interpreted to best effect the intent of the parties.
