You’re getting newly certified fire extinguishers delivered every year, with your price fully locked for the full 5 years.

1. How It Works

• We buy your old extinguishers for a $50 trade-in credit ($10/year discount over 5 years).
• Every year, we’ll send you a renewal reminder before shipping your newly certified units.
• You drop the old ones back in the same box (pre-paid return label included).
• UPS will pick up or you can drop at any UPS location.

2. What’s Included in Your Annual Price

Your subscription price is all-inclusive — it covers:

• The newly certified extinguisher(s)
• Roundtrip shipping is included
• Digital NFPA 10 certificates in your portal
• If you choose not to renew, you pay the return shipping cost for the final return (currently $25, charged to your card when we send the return box).

3. 5-Year Price Guarantee

Your annual price is locked for 5 years — no increases, no hidden fees, no surprises. We’re committed to giving you long-term predictability.

4. Cancellation / Non-Renewal

You can end service at any time — no long-term commitment required. Simply choose not to renew at your 50-week reminder. No further charges will apply. We’ll send you a return box with a prepaid return label — you only pay the shipping cost (currently $25). All Red Zeppelin-owned extinguishers must be returned. If not returned within 30 days, a $75 lost-asset fee applies (fully reversible once returned, no questions asked). Any remaining trade-in credit ($10/year) is forfeited.

5. PASS Method

You’re responsible for using the fire extinguisher safely according to the PASS method instructions we provide. Our role is limited to delivering a certified NFPA 10-compliant extinguisher.

6. Payment

Your annual fee is auto-charged to the card on file — first charge on shipment date, then every 12 months.

By completing payment, you accept these terms.
