These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Red Zeppelin service.
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Red Zeppelin service operated by us.
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
When you subscribe to a plan, you are renting fire extinguisher equipment from Red Zeppelin. Ownership of the equipment remains with Red Zeppelin at all times. You agree to return the equipment upon cancellation of your subscription.
The Service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring annual basis. The subscription includes delivery of newly certified fire extinguishers every 12 months.
Red Zeppelin is responsible for the maintenance and certification of the equipment. However, the customer is responsible for the proper placement and accessibility of the equipment on their premises.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
