We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and selected digital payment methods. Payments are processed securely via our payment processor, Stripe.
Subscription fees are billed annually on the same day you initially subscribed. First charge occurs on shipment date, then every 12 months. If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again after 3 days.
Applicable sales tax will be added to your annual bill based on your shipping address and local regulations.
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods of service.
If your account is past due for more than 30 days, we reserve the right to suspend your service and retrieve our equipment.
